This Privacy Policy describes how Vrushabha Infotech ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the MRoot Income & Expense Tracking mobile application.
This policy is drafted in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and includes provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
MRoot uses Firebase Authentication and Firebase Database services. All authentication is handled securely by Google and Apple.
MRoot is completely free. The app does not charge users, does not offer subscriptions, and does not process payments.
All financial data is entered manually by users. We are not responsible for any financial loss, gain, tax liability, or decisions made based on app data.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted communication and restricted access controls. However, no system is entirely secure.
Your data remains stored until you delete it within the app or request account deletion. Deleted data is permanently removed from our active systems, subject to technical limitations.

MRoot is not intended for users under the age of 14. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the app signifies acceptance of the updated policy.
MRoot is a personal finance tracking tool only. It does not provide accounting, tax, financial, or legal advice.
The app is provided free of cost. No payments are accepted from users.
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of entered data and all decisions made using the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vrushabha Infotech shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required by law or security concerns.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
